The deadline for all application materials, official transcripts and letters of recommendation to be received by our office is March 1, 2020. Please allow ample time for recommenders to submit their recommendations and for transcripts to arrive. Because the United States Postal Service may require additional time for processing and sorting mail, you should consider submitting transcript requests to your institution(s) as early as possible.

Click the link to the application form. You can then select “Preview Application,” which will show you the questions which will be asked on the application.

When you begin your application, you will see that letters of recommendation must be submitted using this online system. You will provide the application with the contact information and e-mail address of the person who you wish to use as a recommender. That person will receive an e-mail with a link to complete the recommendation form. Letters of recommendation will only be accepted using this form.

Log in to the application platform, and you can see the status of your application. You will need to use the same e-mail address you did when you created your account. If you submit your application prior to our receipt of your letters of recommendation, your application status will be marked as pending. Once your application form and letters of recommendation have been submitted, your application status will then change to complete. Please note that your application is not complete and will not be considered until your application, letters of recommendation and official university transcript(s) are received.

You have the opportunity to upload unofficial transcripts when you apply. However, official transcripts are required and must be received by March 1, 2020. Official e-transcripts are accepted and preferred, and additional details on where to send them is available in the application.
