Our professional staff manage day-to-day operations, deliver programs and services, and support chapters, alumni, and volunteers across the Fraternity, Foundation, and Financial and Housing.
Volunteer boards for each organization provide governance, strategic direction, and oversight to ensure long-term impact and organizational excellence.
At the regional level, local Province Archons oversee chapter health, serving as a vital link between the national organization and the local Brotherhood experience.
