Are you a collegiate brother who wants to take your leadership skills to the next level? Learn from alumni and your peers during a weekend of leadership education, discussions, and interactive activities.

EVENT OVERVIEW

The John O. Moseley Leadership School provides collegians with an immersive learning and brotherhood-building experience. The program focuses on building leadership skills and competencies needed to lead within the Fraternity, community, and future professional roles.

This program is open to all collegiate active brothers. Alumni have the opportunity to participate as facilitators alongside our National Ambassadors, who serve as peer facilitators.

MISSION AND OUTCOMES

The John O. Moseley Leadership School builds the leadership competencies needed to lead within the Fraternity, your community, and future professional roles.

By attending Leadership School, members will:

  • Develop leadership skills needed to be successful in any collegiate officer role. 
  • Apply leadership skills to the Fraternity experience and future professional goals.
  • Build relationships with collegians and alumni from across the Realm.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

Some of the leadership competencies participants will gain include:

  • Reflection and Application: Reflect on experiences, consider the learning gained through reflection, and act in accordance with this learning.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively solve problems (identify and examine a problem, develop and assess possible solutions, and select the most appropriate solution)
  • Systems Thinking: Make connections between individual parts in a system to anticipate how the relationships between these parts affect each part and the system as a whole.
  • Responding to Change: Effectively respond to change (quickly, positively, and smoothly transition oneself and/or others to move forward productively)
