ΣΑΕ Career Connect is a set of initiatives and resources tapping into Sigma Alpha Epsilon’s national network of Brothers with over 251,000 living alumni and 12,500 collegians. In today’s diverse and inclusive workplace, ΣΑΕs must continue to build important life skills that underscore values, accountability, teamwork, resiliency, responsibility, self-awareness, problem-solving, and communication.
The cornerstone of ΣΑΕ Career Connect is the True Gentleman Mentor Program, which is open to all Brothers—collegians and alumni—at any career path or professional development level.
Are you considering a career change? Just getting started? Need help with your résumé or a big interview? A strong Mentor can help you achieve your professional goals in the career field of your choice.
Are you interested in volunteering as a Career Mentor? Alumni can register to mentor either undergraduates or fellow alumni.
The registration process for Mentees and Mentors is simple and done through ΣΑΕ’s member portal.
1. Go to portal.sae.net
2. Login or click “Claim Your Account” if you have never logged in
3. Once logged in, click on the ΣΑΕ Career Connect tile
4. Then click “Request A Career Mentor” or “Sign-Up To Be A Career Mentor” and answer the questions.

TG Talk is brought to you by the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Foundation and Fraternity and is an opportunity to engage with staff, volunteers, undergraduates, and notable alumni. Join us for discussions on all things ΣΑΕ, including chapter operations, alumni engagement, university relations, ritual, and values. Additionally, TG Talk is a speaker series. We feature guest speakers focusing on leadership, professional development, and current events. As True Gentlemen, we must always strive to rise above. One of the ways we do that is by continuously learning.
Backpack to Briefcase is a transitional leadership, post-graduation readiness series directed at upper-class students, particularly seniors. Sessions aim to bridge the gap between the undergraduate college experience and the professional world.
These sessions will be held via Zoom throughout the year and advertised via email and ΣΑΕ’s social media accounts. Look out for those and attend the topics that interest you, especially if you graduate this year.
