DeVotie Ritual Institute & 88th John O. Moseley Leadership School

For the 2026–2027 academic year, DeVotie Ritual Institute will be held in January 2027, in conjunction with the 88th John O. Moseley Leadership School. Collegian attendees will register as a single event and will be required to attend both parts.

Alumni can register only as attendees for the DeVotie Ritual Institute. They may apply to participate in Leadership School as facilitators alongside our National Ambassadors, who serve as peer facilitators.

DeVotie Ritual Institute provides initiated, collegiate brothers, and alumni with the experience of learning about the Ritual of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and its application in both chapter and individual life. This event provides attendees with knowledge of our Ritual’s application, history, and use in daily life and chapter settings. A special track is available for members of Emerging Chapters.

John O. Moseley Leadership School provides collegians with an immersive learning and brotherhood-building experience. The program focuses on building leadership skills and competencies needed to be a successful leader in all facets of life.

By attending Leadership School, members will:

• Develop the leadership skills needed to succeed in any leadership role. 
• Apply leadership skills to Fraternity experience and future professional goals.
• Build relationships with collegians and alumni from across the Realm.
