At SAE Financial & Housing Corporation (“F&H”), we know that the key to success and growth is a high-performing team; we are now seeking an Asset Manager who will provide skilled and efficient support to our student housing portfolio.
This position plays an important role in the success of the company and will be managing operations for a portfolio of the student housing assets (“property” or “properties”) across the United States.
Asset Manager Information
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of individual F&H properties, including the direct management of F&H and Greek Housing Management (GHM) House Directors.
- Oversight of repair and maintenance procedures, protocols, and asset tag database.
- Direct coordination and execution of capital improvement and construction projects.
- Vendor management, operational budget oversight, and long-term capital needs planning.
- Managing all aspects of tenant subleasing and membership agreement execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) membership is preferred but not required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and a valid Driver’s License, along with satisfactory background, drug test, and credit checks.
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent property management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
