The SAE National Ambassador Program is the pinnacle leadership development program for collegiate members of the Fraternity. Ambassadors participate in monthly meetings, support educational events, and engage in personal and professional growth and development experiences. Throughout the program, brothers will meet various Fraternity staff, gain behind-the-scenes insight into Fraternity goals, priorities, and operations, and receive coaching from prominent Fraternity alumni.
Ambassadors attend a monthly Zoom meeting with Fraternity Service Center staff. They get the opportunity to meet various departments and learn about the big initiatives and goals they are working towards. Through relationship-building and providing feedback, Ambassadors have an impact on the direction and initiatives undertaken by the Fraternity.
Ambassadors have the opportunity to attend an educational event (John O. Moseley Leadership School or DeVotie Ritual Institute) throughout the year hosted by the Fraternity. They are an essential part of the operation of our program, assisting with logistical support, facilitation of curriculum, and operational support of the program.
Members of the program also serve as ambassadors to the Realm, helping to promote national programs and Fraternity initiatives through their networks. This multifaceted program provides Ambassadors with brotherhood building, professional growth, and personal development, and enriches the overall effectiveness of the National Ambassador Program with the potential to cultivate strong future leaders of the Fraternity.
