- Individuals must be alumni members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
- Individuals must be in good standing with the Fraternity.
- Individuals must be under 40-years-old by October 31, 2026.
- Individuals who made previous SAE 20 Under 40 Successful Alumni Lists are not eligible.
