UIFI

Scholarship Applications Now Open

Sigma Alpha Epsilon is a proud partner of the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI), hosted by the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values (AFLV). As an integral part of the Fraternity’s leadership development program, collegiate brothers have the opportunity to build skills and influence positive change in SAE and their campus’s fraternity/sorority community.

UIFI is a four-day, three-night, immersive leadership experience where fraternity/sorority students come together to challenge conventional wisdom, discover new solutions to critical problems and accelerate progress in their fraternity/sorority communities. Participants learn from each other in large and small groups with space for individual reflection and introspection. The goal is for all participants to have a new perspective about their own fraternity/sorority experience as a result of their time at UIFI.

Students spend the week learning through interactive experiences and getting to know their fellow fraternity/sorority group members. UIFI will provide you with the skills and confidence to impact change within your chapter and/or fraternity/sorority community by challenging you to identify the key “big picture” areas affecting your chapter or community, recognizing the people who will help effect needed changes, and helping you as a leader commit to change for the common good of all.

UIFI is for any collegiate brother who desires to be a strong leader and who believes in the fraternal experience. You do not have to hold a formal leadership role or a specific position to attend.
