Executives Academy provides Eminent Archons, Eminent Deputy Archons, Eminent Treasurers, Recruitment Chairmen, Health and Safety Chairmen, and Member Educators with the tools necessary for success in leading their chapters.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how best to apply their skills by attending a combination of general sessions, breakout sessions, and small-group discussions.
Additionally, there will be an Alumni Advisor Training Track which provides advisors with hands-on learning experiences and valuable training opportunities.

A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to attendees. Scholarships will cover registration costs only.

Attendance for the entire program — from start to finish — is required for successful graduation. Departing early from the program, for any reason, may result in failure to graduate.
Dress for Executives Academy is business casual. Plan to wear an SAE polo or button-down shirt each day.

Executives Academy is an exciting time to meet and connect with brothers from across the realm and is also a place where attendees will be in close contact with each other and in shared hotel sleeping rooms. Sigma Alpha Epsilon will continue to monitor local, state, and federal COVID-19 protocols that all participants, facilitators, speakers, staff, and special guests will need to follow.
All attendees of Executives Academy must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a negative PCR or antigen test within one day (24 hours) before arrival.
The team at the Fraternity Service Center will communicate any additional safety protocol requirements in the lead-up to this event.
