FRATERNITY AWARDS AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMS

Recognition of achievement and dedication to the Fraternity is important. Members and chapters that have distinguished themselves on various levels of the Fraternity or within their professions bring honor not only to themselves but also to Sigma Alpha Epsilon. The Fraternity realizes the value in acknowledging exceptional service and that the presentation of an award of recognition is also a primary way to show our appreciation.

There are two primary forms of awards: the annual Fraternity Awards Competition and the Fraternity Recognition Program, each of which are described below.

Fraternity Awards Competition
This annual competition allows chapters, alumni associations and some chapter officers to submit applications for recognition as being leaders in the Realm. Winners are recognized at the John O. Moseley Leadership School or at the Anniversary Convention. The competition begins in the spring of each year, and full details and links to applications are available HERE.

Mission Awards Competition

As a component of the strategic plan, the Fraternity has established two new awards: Mission Awards & Advocacy Awards. There will be monthly awards, and monthly winners will be considered for the overall award as part of the Fraternity Awards Competition. To learn more about the mission  and advocacy awards, please click HERE.

Fraternity Recognition Program
The awards and certificates described below are intended for individual members. Individuals, chapters, alumni, provinces and others are encouraged to nominate others for these awards. All awards are processed by the Fraternity Service Center through the Manager of Alumni Services & Special Projects. Nominations may be submitted through the online form, where applicable, or by contacting the staff member who processes award requests by CLICKING HERE and choosing "Awards & Recognition" from the dropdown menu.
