The Supreme Council is the primary governing board for the Fraternity. It is comprised of six members who are elected every two years at the Fraternity Convention.

Province Archons are regional volunteers responsible for a number of chapters. They act as liasions between the national organization and the local chapters and colonies. They also serve a vital role in alumni relations.

Fraternity Serivce Center staff serve the entire organization as the central force behind the organization's headquarters in Evanston, Illinois.

The Map of Chapters/Groups, which utilizes a map interface, can be used to find groups in each state where Sigma Alpha Epsilon has a presence.
